1. Who is responsible
Thitikorn Lalun (trading as Gaxia Studio), Thailand, runs Gaxia Crew and is responsible for your data. Contact: support@gaxia-studio.com.
2. What we collect
- Your Roblox user ID and display name, from Roblox sign-in.
- Your billing email and country, from the Merchant of Record that handles your payment.
- Your prompts, the names and properties of the Studio objects a job needs, and the short change summaries the plugin sends.
- Job records: time, credits used and status.
- Technical logs: IP address and request times.
We never upload your whole place, and we never see your Roblox password.
3. Why
To run your jobs, bill you, prevent abuse (including checking each prompt for attacks on the service), give support and meet legal duties.
4. Who processes it for us
- Anthropic and OpenAI: the AI models that carry out jobs.
- TypeSafe AI: checks and routes each prompt before a job starts.
- Our reseller, the Merchant of Record named at checkout: payments.
- Cloudflare: network and hosting.
They process data under their own terms. By default the AI providers don't train on data sent through their APIs.
5. How long we keep it
- Chat threads: 30 days after their last use, or until you delete them.
- Job logs and technical logs: 30 days.
- Blocked prompts: 30 days, for abuse review.
- Job records and the credit ledger: while your account exists, and longer where billing law requires.
6. Transfers
Our providers may process data outside Thailand, for example in the United States.
7. Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent. Write to support@gaxia-studio.com. You can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee or your local authority.
8. Children
Gaxia Crew is only for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from children, and we delete it if we find it.
9. Security
Connections are encrypted. The AI runs apart from our payment systems and keys, and access to data is limited to what each part needs.
