1. Who we are
Gaxia Crew is run by Thitikorn Lalun (trading as Gaxia Studio), in Thailand ("we", "us"). Contact: support@gaxia-studio.com.
2. The service
Gaxia Crew is an AI assistant that edits your Roblox Studio place through the Gaxia Crew plugin. It works on game UI and game feel (effects, sounds and button motion). The service is in beta, and features may change.
3. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account you confirm that you are. We may pause an account that appears to belong to someone under 18.
4. Your account
You sign in with your Roblox account and pair the plugin with a code. Pair it only with your own Studio. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
5. Plans and credits
- Prices are on our home page. Payments are handled by our reseller, the Merchant of Record named at checkout, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
- Each job uses credits for the AI work it needs. One credit is worth $0.01 of the price, and a job's credits are three times its AI cost. The plugin shows an estimate before each job.
- Plan credits reset at the start of each billing month. Top-up credits expire 12 months after purchase.
- Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
6. Failed jobs
If a job fails on our side (an error or outage on our end or at an AI provider, or a result that fails our own checks), the credits for that job come back to you. Jobs you stop, jobs that end because your Studio disconnected, and jobs that reach the per-job limit are charged for the work done.
7. Acceptable use
- Don't attack or probe the service. That includes prompt injection and any attempt to reach our systems, keys, instructions or other customers' data.
- Don't use the service to make malware, backdoors, scams, phishing, or anything that breaks Roblox's Terms of Use or Community Standards.
- Don't resell or share access.
We may block requests and suspend accounts that break these rules. Blocked requests use no credits.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of your place and, as far as the law allows, of what the service makes in it. You allow us to process the parts of your place a job needs, only to run that job. We don't use your content to train AI models.
9. AI output
AI output can contain mistakes. Check the result before you publish. Every job can be undone in Studio in one step.
10. Availability
The service is in beta and may be unavailable at times. We don't guarantee uptime.
11. Other companies
Gaxia Crew is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. Jobs are processed by the AI providers listed in our privacy policy.
12. Ending
You can stop at any time and cancel your plan from the billing page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
13. Liability
As far as the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
14. Law
These terms follow the laws of Thailand. If the consumer law where you live gives you more rights, those rights still apply.
15. Changes
We'll post changes here and update the date above. For important changes we'll also tell you in the plugin or by email.
