Credits for failed jobs

If a job fails on our side, its credits come back automatically. The terms explain what counts as a failure on our side.

Money back

Within 14 days of a purchase, if you haven't used any credits from it, write to support@gaxia-studio.com and we'll refund it in full. After that, or once credits from the purchase are used, payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires.

Cancelling a plan

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, and there are no partial refunds for the remaining days.

How refunds are paid

Our reseller, the Merchant of Record named at checkout, processes refunds to your original payment method. Its buyer terms also apply.
